Le Sang des Seigneurs
In the Middle Ages Occitania (the actual southern half of France) is led by noble lords who share their political power. But Occitania is united by a common culture and a common language.
The blend of Roussanne and Viognier gives this white Côtes-du-Rhône a very northern spirit, all in elegance and balance. The berries are harvested at night or in the early morning. Direct pressing, cold fermentation under regulated temperature and vinification on fine lees in stainless steel vats with stirring promotes the expression of the fruit while maintaining its freshness.
An expressive, rich and complex white wine which offers a nose of white fruits and citrus. Its mouth is fruity, well-structured but fresh with notes of toasted brioche. A generous and fruity white wine, excellent with white meats, poultry, freshwater fish, oriental and Asian cuisines.
